Mohamad started NJ Design & Build after years on job sites, in design meetings, and inside San Diego’s real estate market. He learned early that the best projects come from contractors who pick up the phone, walk the site, and treat a homeowner’s budget like their own. That hands-on style still shapes how the company operates today, with Mohamad personally reviewing scopes and checking in on builds in progress. He believes sustainable materials, smart design, and fair pricing should not be premium upgrades. They should be the standard.
